VisaSync Korea is an advertising and lead-referral platform. We connect expats and businesses in Korea with independent, licensed third-party professionals — realtors, tax advisors, corporate attorneys, and Certified Public Labor Attorneys (공인노무사, "Nomusas") — who pay us to access inquiries relevant to their practice.
VisaSync Korea is not a law firm, a Nomusa office, a real estate brokerage, a bank, or a government agency, and does not provide legal, tax, immigration, or financial advice. Submitting a form on this platform does not create an attorney-client relationship, a Nomusa-client relationship, or any professional relationship with VisaSync Korea. Any relationship, advice, representation, or service is between you and the independent professional who contacts you.
VisaSync Korea charges partner professionals a flat, fixed fee (in "credits") to unlock contact details for an inquiry. This fee does not vary with the outcome of your matter and is never a percentage or portion of any wages, severance, deposit, investment, or other amount at stake. Any consultation, representation, brokerage, or service fee you personally agree to pay a partner professional is a separate matter negotiated and paid directly between you and that professional — VisaSync Korea never receives, sets, or takes a share of those fees.
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee that any partner will claim or respond to it, that a partner is available in your area or practice area, or any particular outcome (visa approval, settlement amount, loan approval, etc.). Verify any partner's license or credentials independently before engaging them.
Partner credits are purchased for use on this platform and are non-transferable between accounts. Credits are deducted at a fixed rate when a lead is claimed and are non-refundable once an inquiry has been unlocked, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law. Misuse of the partner dashboard — including attempting to access inquiries outside your licensed practice area, or attempting to bypass the credit system — may result in account suspension.
The platform, including any calculators, eligibility checkers, and score estimates, is provided "as is" for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, immigration, tax, or financial advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisaSync Korea is not liable for any decision made, or outcome experienced, in reliance on information from the platform or from a partner professional you were connected with.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law of your home jurisdiction provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
